From the time I received the first phone call to the point I interviewed on site has taken about 1.5 months. First two contacts were very friendly and made the interview easy in the sense they were very conversational. This is not to say they weren't trying to get at substantive points. On site interview was mixed. The majority of the folks I interviewed with were attentive and well behaved. One interviewer demonstrated zero interest in interviewing me.
