There was a two stage interview process. The first interview involved a thorough break down of my CV and in effect was more of a HR based interview whereby I was asked factual questions regarding my previous roles. When called for a second interview, the woman from HR ( who sounded like the same person who called me the first time round ) enquired on how I found the first interview and Interviewer - I responded positively which immediately prompted her to invite me for a second interview. The second interview was in part hypothetical and questioned me on how I would react to certain pressure situations during long working hours. I was also asked about my knowledge on equities and financial markets in general and if I had any experience In the dissemination of real-time, intra-time and end-of-day financial information.

I got a phone call suddenly from HK. a few question about my previous job and reason to left a job, what did you do in previous company, why did you apply to Bloomberg,,,less than 15mins. and then HR staff wanted to arrange a test on next week. He said the test will be writing essay regarding financial issues. still waiting until he give me confirmation about the test day.
