1. HR Interview : as initial stage it was session with Human Resource representative. 2. User Interview : the user asked a lot about previous and current experience in relate to the position I was processed in. relatively relaxing interview and no judgement at all. 3. Medical Check-up : quite funny because the process its back and forth. before headed to the clinic, I needed to drop by to the office only to have my blood pressure tested and illness history which in my humble opinion it can be done as well in the clinic. 4. Final Offer : Smooth process, slightly regret rejecting the offer due to personal reason.

Interview process is quite fast. I only conduct 2 interview process, with HR & User. during HR interview, I was asked the general and simple question like my expectation salary etc.
