Phone interview then I received an email for an in person interview. They provide you with 3 dates and times to pick what works best for you. Once you pick the date, you will receive a confirmation email. The interview lasted about 2 hours, interviewed the hiring manager and a few team members.

Easy enough sign-in process for the initial interview. Met with two managers from the team. Next steps were clear and concise. Pleasant conversation and they discussed my past experience as well.

Unprofessionalism is all I’ve experienced during this interview process. Made me do one phone interview with recruiter, 2 phone interviews with team, a three hour in person interview. Almost two months later and I still haven’t heard a response. After taking up so much candidate time, the least one can expect is a follow-up email. They completely ghost you. It’s not about receiving a yes/no, it’s about the LACK of communication from their HR/Hiring team. I’m just angry that they don’t even have the decency to update candidates who spent hours meeting and talking to them. Looks very bad on BCBSA CHICAGO, no regard for candidates time.
