Hiring & Interview process very easy to set up (getting in contact w/ them). However getting in is tough. After the interview they said they were gonna contact after 2wks but still No follow up until I made the first initiative to email them. Honestly, interview questions were bunch of BS & they’re solely related to customer service & not exactly focused on medical assistant related questions.

Something like “if you see a kid ripping the wallpaper out the wall and the mother is on her phone what would you do?” (even if you already informed the mother to stop her kid)
