J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blue Origin (San Francisco, CA) en juil. 2022
Entretien
The interview process was pretty straightforward except I didn't hear from them after the full loop. The process was a hiring manager screen and then a full loop onsite. The hiring manager screen assessed if you knew the foundation of what a sourcer's responsibility is. In the screening it was important to highlight the volume and the types of reqs you work on. One thing I'm glad about is taht they didn't ask you to write a boolean string at all during the process.
I was happy to be brought on the full loop. The full loop was all behavorial questions based on leadership principles of Blue Origin. The questions are very similar to amazon's way of determining cultural fit within the org. The only thing was during the interview all the interviewers mentioned that their is no relation to the Amazon culture.
It was a slight flag in my book because they were not being completely honest when their leadership principles are almost the same.
Also I know blue origin is just starting to scale however I was not really working with a R4R person, just the HM to help me get through the process. So when I mentioned that I had another offer in hand. and wanted to schedule by next week. I wasn't scheduled until the week after. But was happy to have gone through the full loop.
Without having an R4R recruiter along the way. I did not get a rejection nor any feedback on the interview itself.
