The first step was a short phone call with human resources. HR was quite friendly and helpful. The second interview was with the hiring manager and it took around 30 mins.

They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.

Standard industry interview process. 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with manager, and 1 hr with a panel. The process from the first interview to an offer was quick.

Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
