The process went for a week. I had been interviewed with JDA. 1. 1st round was written test. They asked to write a program and the compiler didn't work. So, I wrote it in a document and submitted. After 1 Hour, they told that I am through and asked to wait for next round. 2. 2nd Round was Technical taken by a Project Lead. He covered my resume almost 60% and I answered almost everything and after 5 min they told me wait for next round. 3. 3rd round was taken by Manager and it went for 15 min and it was good. Then they asked me to come for the final round on Tuesday. I went on Tuesday and they said that there will be one more technical. 4. 4th Round was also Technical taken by Technical Architect Specialist for about an hour. He asked to write some matrix programs and it went well and then they asked me wait for one more technical round. 5. 5th Round was also a Technical taken by Director for more than an hour on the same day. I waited for so much time and again they told me there will be one more Technical round on Thursday. So I went on Thursday and attended the interview. 6. 6th Round was taken by Senior director which was again a Technical Round. I didn't get selected. But I met one more person who attended the interview with same experience and he just had 1 written, 2 technical and HR round. I seriously don't know why such partiality. Please follow the same process for everyone at least for same experience & same Designation.
