I was interviewed on 27 nov, then gave 3 more rounds. Because my solutions were inclined towards mircroservices, they decided I would not be interested in working on core java. Later I called the HR after 15days whats the status she put across other team, 2 more round of interview done and no update for 15 days, I called now the reason was usa holiday season so getting delayed in getting approvals. After 10 days I called they stated that it was sr engineer position and wanted to elevate it architect level and take me in, and it could not happen. So I was asked will be comfortable to work in core java I said yes. After 3 days another call stating opening for core java and microservices with another team. I said ok lets give on more round and at beginning of the interview itself interviewer told me its for core java. Hr says its microservices and the interviewer says its core java, not sure whom to believe. 10 days later I called now the hr says they have 45 openings and they will map me to whatever the best fit and it will take 15 days. They can say no why so much drama.... HRs are clueless what role they are hiring for, I request them to have some internal coordination before conducting an interview.
