Horrible communication through the process, made it the final round and no communication after multiple follow ups. HR team needs education.
Interviewers weren't prepared especially at the last interview. It felt like they just looked at the resume 5 mins before the interview.

Entretien
I received an interview invite via email the next day after I sent the application. 1st interview - recruiter, common questions like what do you know about our company, asked about my past experiences, the recruiter is located in the US. 2nd interview with the hiring manager. Both the recruiter and the hiring manager are very friendly. The recruiter included 'Things to consider' in the 2nd interview email, they are like tips for the interview but the hiring manager didn't ask any of those questions. I spent some time on understanding and expressing in my own words on what they do (DNS) but the hiring manager did not ask about it.
