Interviewed through hired, I talked to the hiring manager about the role and about compensation expectations on the first call. After 1 phone screen, 2 onsite interviews, and 1 data assignment, they came back with an offer much lower than what was agreed upon from the start. After negotiation they could not raise the offer at all and the conversation ended. The data assignment was incredibly long, without a clear deliverable, and was completely open ended. I asked questions to get clarification on certain things and their response was along the lines of "It's up to you to decide how you would define these things". It took me around 20 hours to work on the assignment they said would take 3-4 hours due to the open endedness of the questions. I would not recommend interviewing at this company. They do not care about your time and are completely unprofessional.
