I found the 3-stage application process to be quite lengthy, taking almost a month to complete. The office locations are far away, which may require taking a day off for in-person assessments that can last half a day. Additionally, the salary offer is below the average for similar consultancy positions. Furthermore, the process felt quite robotic, lacking personal engagement or a human touch, Overall, considering the lengthy process, distant office locations, below-average salary offer, and the somewhat robotic nature of the process, I would not highly recommend this opportunity.

Recruiter reached out for initial screening conversation, however, this did have a lot of interview based questions. Then met with a manager a week later for a behavioral interview (60 mins). Both the recruiter and manager were very sweet and easy to talk to, and felt more like a conversation than an interview for most of the conversation.
