J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blueground (New York, NY) en déc. 2019
Entretien
I had a phone screen for a heavy customer service role. I do not understand how a company that strives for white glove service does not email or call candidates back. It's an insult that only happens with new inexperienced HR.
Quickly got back to me regarding a first round interview, never heard back since. Mentioned they don’t offer equity for “non leadership” employees and balked at a salary expectation that was in-line with the experience they outlined for the role.
It seemed to me that they aren’t interested in finding talented people to join, just under-priced people to exploit.
