The HR management was very helpful and responsive to my communications about applying for a position. I met with a senior supervisor Nefi. He was very fair with his interview questions.

The interviewer was late, the office was completely unorganized and shows signs of disarray. My first impression were backed up by the poor employee Web reviews. I would not accept an offer if it was offered to me. Great learning experience for me.

I got a referral from an employee that I had worked with before. I had a phone interview with their trainer, and then with the head of customer service. Once it was decided that I had the skills needed to fill the position I spoke with the now CEO of the company to solidify my schedule.
