I applied for Bobbi Brown in White city. I got a call from a lady who invited me for a telephone interview. I did quite a lot of research, made a little presentation to show them what I knew about Bobbi Brown and dressed smart and did my make up great. On arriving for the interview, the interviewees themselves were 10 minutes late and then took me to a coffee shop. The interview lasted 40 minutes, which I felt went really well. It was a face to face interview. After that, two days after I receive an email saying I was unsuccessful. I was quite shocked actually as I thought I had done pretty well, I had not received any feedback whatsoever. I was very frustrated and confused. It left me really demotivated and in wonder as to why I did not even get a call back!

The team straight away mentioned that they were very competitive. They also work together to reach the daily target. I had not even finish on my words and they kept telling me I did it wrong. They felt that I was not pushy enough and asked me to go home. It's ok that they don't like me. But they are just not respectful. They do not serve people by heart. They just want to keep up with sales expectations. They don't want customers to just try. They want customers to buy stuff when customers pick up the products. These people make the counter a very scary place. Unfriendly and selfish people.

I had to apply online with my cv the next process was an online questionnaire, then I received an email saying that I was to complete and online digital interview in real time within 5 days . I am still awaiting a response from them.
