I applied for the assistant manager job at bobbi brown, the company got back to me within 1 week. I had a face to face interview with the manager who was lovely then a 30 minute trade test for natural make up, they provided all the products and tools. I waited around 2 weeks for response and unfortunately didnt get the job. The manager did say she wanted me part of the team but needed more counter experience. Not thinking anything else of it around 3 weeks later i received a phone call offering a job as a make up artist! I start at the end of march and really looking forward to it! So just goes to show have faith in something you really want and it can happen.
