Very quick feedback from HR after online application, followed by online interview. Interview itself consisted of standardized questions, also according to STAR method, while it seemed a bit rushed and unpersonal. Although I did not make it to the next round and was not invited to the assessment center, there was always quick feedback.

Friendly and straightforward HR interview round 1 , but I didn't advance to the assessment center (round 2). The process is quick and transparent. I wish I had made it to the next round.
