Overall, the process was streamlined and well structured. The interview panel were friendly and professional. I had interviewed for a remote position, therefore I had no requirement to be in the office or relocation, but in some other functional areas, depends on the requirements to be onsite, there might be questions regarding location.

I applied online. I received an email from the Boehringer Ingelheim Human Resources Department after 4 days to arrange a phone interview. Note to answer, Glassdoor questions if I get an offer, is too early to say. It was an initial phone interview. I am expecting feedback from HR within next two weeks.
