It is impossible to get an interview with this company unless you know several people currently working in the department, regardless of your qualifications and experience. I know several incredibly qualified individuals that cannot even get a phone call from HR.

J'ai passé un premier entretien avec une RH qui était vraiment super, elle à su répondre à mes questions. J'ai ensuite pu participer à un second entretien avec le responsable scientifique, qui n'avait pas l'air très intéressé par mon profil car je n'ai quasiment pas eu de questions. J'ai eu un retour très rapide après les deux entretiens.

Entretien
For the first 2 rounds it went pretty well. Responses from HR was fast and they followed up promptly. But I got a negative experience after the final onsite interview. Even I failed I still think the candidates deserved more respect. At least being informed via a phone call or email ( which this ghosting behavior has been complained a lot by some other comments here before, so be aware if you are gonna apply). I was put aside for month, sending a few emails asking how the process goes. And there was no reply. Till I decided to call them up for a direct answer. During my 2 calls at the same day, one HR picked up the phone telling me I’m still on waiting list and another different one 10 mins later told me I was out and I should check my email box thoroughly. I checked all spam, junk as well as deleted boxes and all email I had from them there is no such a mail! And these 2 are contradicting with each other in such short time makes the whole process looking like a joke. Of course based on this arrogant attitude they also did not provide a feedback for me. I do think for a recruitment HR should positively approach the candidates no matter the result especially at the case for the final round, not the other way around. So generally really disappointed and bad experiences with the HR and recruiting team for their “whatever none of my businesses” attitude. Will not consider this company again.
