You’re interviewed by all the VPs of the company. Excessive. The department you’re going to work for should be able to properly get interview you. Try your best to get through a whole day of speaking to so many different people

You'll meet with All VPs and potential peers within the department. Overkill. You will be drained but at least they cover room and board during the interview process. You will quickly notice who has been there for years and traditional versus the new employees who should hope and optimism.
