A brief 15 min call with one of the directors followed by a 1 hour f2f with uninterested 3 - 4 kids. The initial 15 min call is just an introduction to what Boiler Room is as nobody apparently knows about it. The person was unable to answer my questions straight around investments in technology. The f2f, if you manage to find their dungeon and contact someone to let them know you've arrived, is an unstructured and aimless conversation. All of the kids were busy on their iToys and usually forgot the context in which the question was asked. There was no theme to the interview. They deduced that I couldn't kick new teams off despite having provided at least 4 concrete examples and them agreeing that I was good at it, on my face.
