After two initial discussions with two engineering managers (60 minutes each), came four 60-90 minute rounds: 1. live coding 2. system design 3. leadership interview 4. team fit interview You must pass the first two technical rounds in order to move on to the next ones. A lot of wasted time from all of us and some vague feedback at the end. I would definitely not do it again.
