I had a wonderful interview experience for the People Operations Coordinator position, which was thorough, friendly, and highly reflective of Bombas' unparalleled company culture. Start to finish the process took 1.5 months, with 5 total rounds in the interview process. I genuinely enjoyed interviewing with Bombas and will definitely look into future opportunities here! Round 1: Recruiter Phone Screen (30 min.) Round 2: Hiring Manager Phone Call (30 min.) Round 3: Virtual "On-Site" (with 4 people 1:1 over a 3-hour time slot.) Round 4: Written Project (due within 3 days.) Round 5 (last round): 2nd Virtual "On-Site" (with 4 people 1:1 over a 1.5-hour time slot.) Pros: You get to meet some wonderful people during the interview process, and if it's a good fit, every conversation you have should feel natural! Con: At points, the process entailed somewhat long waiting periods to hear about next steps, but everyone was generally good at communicating throughout the process. Good to be thorough!

Applied online, had a 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter (Torrey). The call went great and the recruiter was really helpful in explaining what the job entailed and asking specific questions tailored to the role. When salary came up, it was lower than what I was looking for and was unfortunately non-negotiable. So while I believe I would have made it to the 2nd round, I had to turn it down after completing the phone screening.
