There was a lot of Human Resources red tape and it was time consuming and hard to get your foot in the door. But once in, it was easy and fast to grow. Salaries are set by ranges and are stringently adhered to. The online application is lengthy. The onboarding process is also lengthy, but necessary and helpful.
