Initial discussions were held on Linkedin were I actually found out about the job, followed by a phone call from the HR team and then a more technical discussions with the CTO of the company and also a Skype interview. After I've passed the online test that they have provided I was asked to provide 2 references and after they were verified I got a pretty nice offer.
