There were total 4 stages:
two technical interviews followed by one Japanese interview because I applied for Bilingual Hybris developer and last one was the Managerial round.
First two were fine, fairly challenging, but I was able to answer almost all the answers in these interviews. Both of these were taken over a voice call.
Japanese interview was taken over skype and it was comparatively harder than the earlier two.
Two days after japanese interview the HR from Born group called me to arrange the managerial as early as possible, but I was out of town for a week so had to postpone it, but she was trying to convince me to come, because she wanted to have the offer letter leave by end of that week.
So after one week of Japanese I had to go to the pune office branch for managerial interview. I reached 20 mins early so interview started early.
My expectation from this stage of the interview was to have a conversation about the project and exact work I am expected to do if and when selected. And the discussion about my compensation.
But the interviewer took the whole interview into the technical route and tried to demotivate me even when my answers were correct, Also the questions he was asking, he himself was not aware of the answer because he was google searching them on his laptop in front of me.
This went on for around 35 mins, then he asked me to wait outside, and the HR told me to leave, as the result will be out on mail by tomorrow or end of the week. Which eventually was negative.
And the reason for rejection was that I am not technically competence for the position. I have only one question for this reason, why not reject me in first two interviews then?!
And through the whole process, he was trying to bully me into making me believe that I am not qualified enough or not skilled enough for the job, which I am sure I am.
So anyway, one of the worst interview experience in recent times.
