this company was started by ex-motorola senior management. a great work culture. the interview process was very precise and to the point. no unnecessary and unwanted questions. the question you on your current skills set in a very grueling fashion in order to maintain high employee standards. there mihgt be a written round for a few junior candidates but otherwise its a direct one on ne interview with the concerned person.
