Went through 3 interviews: parent company recruiter, actual manager/director, and director for another department. Questions were straightforward, typical behavioral scenarios, asked about previous/related experiences. Each interview occurred a week or two apart - had to message recruiter to follow up on process but otherwise there was clear, 2-way communication.
