It initially started with a telephonic interview, they were prompt to schedule the technical interview within the next week, it was followed by a SDM and CEO interview, the whole process took about 2 weeks to complete

Entretien
I received a call from the HR team to come down to their office for a F2F interview.Office location is in another corner of Bangalore. There was no telephonic interview they schedule even if you asked. Once you confirm you are coming down for the interview process, Hr team will call you daily and give a gentle reminder sir you have to come and you will be coming or not. The company seems to be small and the interviewer is really arrogant, has no clue what he is looking for. They are service based company so expects the service based process ONLY. Really disapointed after visiting the company.
