It was a long process for me. I had three rounds of interviews. Got the offer a week after the third round with HR. The process took close to two months.

Pretty simple process, as I got offered interview within a week of applying. Virtual interview with hiring manager, was about a hour long and asked a variety of questions related possible situations and also asked about my experience. Was updated each week during the process.
