Scheduled phone interview with a recruiter(?) and in-person interview with potential future manager and another staff person. It was one of the quicker interview processes in my job hunt. Was declined the role. In the following weeks, the same position was open again, and I was told I needed more experience before considering BL again.

Entretien
I had a phone interview which went very well. I was selected to move onto an interview in Jamaica Plain, where I met with two different people who asked me a lot of similar questions. Many of them overlapped, so I wasn't sure why they didn't just interview me together. They took me around the office. They did not choose me. I asked for feedback because I thought I really had a shot, but ultimately never heard back.

- In person Interview
The phone screen was simple, they asked questions about me, my background and my interest in the position.
In person interview they asked a lot STAR questions.
