Applied online and the following day, I received a call from HR for a 20 min phone interview & an online assessment test. Phone interview was easy and so was their test. Then I got an email inviting me to an interview at their location and it was with multiple managers. A few days later I was offered a job. I was going to accept it but their were 3 stipulations I had to pass. (1) Drug test (no problem), (2) Background check (no problem) and (3) sign their 18-month non-compete agreement (that was the deal breaker!) I have my own reasons for refusing to sign. It was unfortunate. But... This company has their act together. I was thoroughly impressed from beginning to end of my interview process. Managers seemed to be outstanding at what they do. It's a really good company.
