Recruiter tells me they have been declining senior analysts/engineers, since they are looking to bring someone from the ground up in experience. They said our values and experience skillset aligned and had a 1:1 interview. Everything seemed to fit, but it seriously doesn’t seem like they’re trying to hire anyone
