I am not sure how many rounds are present hr didn't told complete process after applying for a open position after 2 weeks or so i got a call. 1)1st round is with a director i really like sprit of that person under such people we will feel motivated 2) 2nd round is with VP the interview was scheduled for me for engineering/technical position but seems to be they need people manager so mine is rejected as i am looking for some technical work as well. I still didn't get why job description they can't make it clear and seems to be hr also confused instead of wasting my time if organization required people manager then they should clearly understand that from resume. I might have been happier if they could have given some other reason for rejection instead of what is return on my resume overall negative expenince as they don't whom they are looking for.
