Sr Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and we had a preliminary interview that went well. She recommended me to proceed to the next round and interview with the Manager of Customer Success. A call was scheduled via Zoom and I entered 1 minute early. I proceeded to wait for almost 15 minute and the manager was a no show. Subsequent attempts to reach out to the recruiter and reschedule were followed by silence. I can understand if they decided to go in another direction but at least have the common courtesy and respect to not waste my time. It was a completely unprofessional approach and if Bottomline is run like this in other departments, I say bullet dodged.
