It was a lot of interviews, but mostly just goes to show the investment of time and commitment Box makes to finding the right fit for each role. My recruiter stayed in consistent contact with me throughout the process to ensure I was prepared for each round of interviews and to check in on my thoughts during each stage. After speaking to the hiring manager and the team, it was clear to me that Box's culture is incredibly supportive and genuine. I would have definitely accepted the offer but I declined due to external factors outside of Box and their team.

Overall a pretty good interview process. HR was very clear about the steps and got back to me very quickly after each interview. Questions were mostly behavioral and a few were about my background.
