I was contacted by the hiring manager directly for a 30 mins call. They wanted someone with SQL experience. I answered all the questions to the best of my knowledge. The hiring manager said they might send me a SQL quiz, on call case study as the next steps. Heard back in 3 days that I was not selected. The process was fast and transparent.
