Entretien
Two phone interviews. Both behavioural (since this is generally a non-technical role). This is a new role so they didn't really have very good requirements or responsibilities listed out. IMO, first one seemed more to check what my personality was like - i.e., "work culture" fit. The second interview was more about "have you ever experienced a time when..... how did you deal with....."

I applied to multiple roles within the company, one technical and one non-technical, so I was asked why I applied to both, if I preferred one over the other, how I think my skills/experience match the jobs, etc.
