The interview process was thorough and so quick. I had two phone interviews, one onsite interview, and the team conducted reference checks. The whole process took 3 weeks and they were extremely communicative throughout the process. I felt like it was such a personal experience and the team really helped me prepare with a Box folder of information before coming onsite.
The team also checked in with me after my interview as well.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult hiring manager. What did you do?
The interviewer called late, asked basic interview questions, and mentioned following up on the next steps within the week. Didn't hear from them for weeks, then received a rejection with no explanation.

This was a 3 step process. Started with a Recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager and lastly went through a virtual panel assessment. Overall process was a very positive experience.
