First phone interview with the recruiter was engaging and exceeded expectations.
The second interview felt generic, forced and the questions were not relevant to the role. The hiring manager did not have answers for career growth opportunities, 30/60/90 day expectations, or how this new hire would be set up for success while the hiring manager is out of the office for several weeks.
Several remarks made during the second interview did not live up to the inclusive environment portrayed on the company's website. The lack of DEIB became apparent and I opted to withdraw my application.
