Video interview, HR behavioral, 2 behavioral, 1 behavioral + design
This was the first time they were hiring for such a position, they did not have a clear understanding of the role and its description. They had no projects scoped out for the interns. The recruiter went on leave multiple times during the process and later ghosted my decision. Interviews were spaced out and decision wasn't accelerated to suit the timeline of the candidate. Had to email the hiring managers to hear that they went a different way for the role. Also, 5 rounds seem excessive for an interview position.
