Had a phone screen with a recruiter from Box for a GTM program manager role. The recruiter asked basic questions about my background and skills, and then we had a fully transparent discussion on what I was looking for, which resulted in my declination of next steps. Overall the interview was great, kudos to the recruiter for hashing out the details so we could make an informed decision together.
