Quite a lengthy process consisting of seven 30-minute online interviews : first one with a recruiter, second one with the manager, and the rest is a mix of local and global employees (called "Boxers"); this one includes a culture interview to check if the candidate is the right pick. If you get pass the final stage, they also give you feedback, which is quite rare these days.
