talk with various members of the team, share your knowledge of the product, what you your background looks like and a lot of typical interview questions. It's usually a few phone calls and an in person. It can take a long time to hear back or move forward quickly depending on timeline for the position and teams needs internally at the company. People are nice throughout the interview process.

Very inconsistent communication. Long gaps with no updates, followed by urgent requests to interview. The process felt unstructured and poorly coordinated. Felt unprofessional and disorganised. Not sure why, maybe I was just a backup.
Great interview process, quite lengthy but really well thought out. There was a call with recruiters, then hiring managers conversations, cultural fit call, panel meeting and then an in person meeting.

Applied online. Did initial recruiter interview, seemed very positive during the call and said she was going to follow up after the call to move me to the next round. Never received any follow up and was ghosted after emailing twice. Awful.
