-Recruiter reached out, I went to their networking event, I emailed the recruiter that I was interested, phone screen with recruiter, phone interview with sales manager, final in person 2.5 hour interview with back to back 30 minute interviews: 2 with sales managers, 2 with current AEs.
-They are looking for someone who has sold software before, sales experience and exceeding quota month after month in another industry are not enough (in my situation)
-I suggest talking up your technology sales experience

Very inconsistent communication. Long gaps with no updates, followed by urgent requests to interview. The process felt unstructured and poorly coordinated. Felt unprofessional and disorganised. Not sure why, maybe I was just a backup.
Great interview process, quite lengthy but really well thought out. There was a call with recruiters, then hiring managers conversations, cultural fit call, panel meeting and then an in person meeting.

Applied online. Did initial recruiter interview, seemed very positive during the call and said she was going to follow up after the call to move me to the next round. Never received any follow up and was ghosted after emailing twice. Awful.
