1st Interview was a phone screen with the HR professional. 2nd Interview was a phone interview with the VP of Sales. 3rd Interview was 3 hours face to face with 4 different leaders in the company.
Process was fairly straight forward, interviewed 4 different people at the company in the face to face (product, customer service, two in sales). I found it very interesting that I went through quite a few interviews to get zero feedback from the process. Even more interesting was one of the people interviewing me took with him a PowerPoint deck I presented on how to improve pipeline tracking in a process that I helped design at my previous company. So no feedback from a 3 tiered interview process, and they took my work to probably present as their own at some point. I have no problem if they are headed in a different direction with the fit, but in my opinion it's very unprofessional and revealing of what type of company I may have been joining.
