I went through 4 rounds of interviews, the first one being the easiest and the last one the hardest. I interviewed with different employees of the company and they each had different interview tactics.

Entretien
After the initial submission of my resume and application I had a phone interview the same week.
The following week I met with a current AC in my area.
Then the following week I had another phone interview.
Another phone interview after that.
So 4 rounds of interviews total, I was then told to wait 2 weeks so they could finish up interviews. At the end of the two weeks, I sent an email to check-in and was told to wait another 2 weeks. I sent another follow-up, no response. I am now 6 weeks after the 4th interview and have yet to hear anything. Safe to say I probably won't be getting an offer, but some form of communication would have been nice instead of having me wait around for 6 weeks.

Very unprofessional, no real HR person. The sales director interviewed me and mostly on my previous experience. Small office and very unprofessional "culture".
