Had three phone screens with a recruiting coordinator, my future immediate supervisor, and his director, followed by a 4 hour onsite loop in the Seattle office. The majority of the team is located out of Redwood City, CA, so the technical interviews took place via Zoom with screen sharing software. Branch uses in-house recruiters to handle the interview process, and it was overall one of the better interview experiences I had. Additionally, I had some issues pop up at my current employment which caused me to miss my initially scheduled interview, and the entire team was very understanding and flexible in their time. The overall interview process was very informal, and when I struggled with a couple coding questions they were very quick to ask a little more pointed questions that were more specific to my particular background.
