The job was positioned and advertised as an entry level role with a strong training program, they declined to proceed due to my lack of cold calling experience at the time. My resume showed my previous experience was in account management, so if this was the deal breaker the interview was a waste of time for all parties as they knew my background already. I was not notified of my rejection and was only told I was rejected and the reasoning for it when I followed up over Linkedin.

Too long process and soo many irrelevant questions i would say. Brand watch is good company however i think they waste too much time asking questions that dont really add up to the job itself.

Easy and to the point. Transparent interview without too many unnecessary steps. The description of the role was clear and it matched expectations so no complaints. I was met with openness.
