Short, but the HR manager was super friendly and so was Mr. Braum. They asked questions relative to the position and also wanted to know a little bit about who I was and my job history. I had an initial interview with just HR and then a second interview with HR and Mr. Braum.

After a brief phone interview and initial interest was expressed, I was asked to visit the plant in Tuttle, OK for a face-to-face interview. The interview was an average experience, except that by the end of the visit, I felt like the interviewer had another position in mind for me, a better fit than the one I'd originally applied.
